About Crowns of Glory
Thank you for visiting our website.
I am most excited about having this opportunity to be apart of helping you win this battle. Let me share a little about who I am and why I’m here.
I have a fabulous husband of 29 years, this June, and the most precious gift of two wonderful children. My son 27, and my daughter who is 25. I could not be more proud of them. The blessings continue with, my grandson who is 6. Only if you have a grandchild do you understand why there is not enough time for me to tell you about Jaycob. My cup runneth over.
I have done many things in my life but never have I done anything that was more rewarding and gave more purpose to life than this. It all started five years ago when I was a caregiver for my father who was battling cancer. During that time I knew there was something I was to do to help those struggling with cancer. Having no idea what it would be or where to start looking. Until one day a new friend of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer and ask me to go with her to pick out a wig. I was excited but puzzled. Having not know her very long, to be ask to play such an important role in here battle. I did go, and through that experience I realized why she had ask me. It was the most amazing hour of my life. I was just there to help her pick a wig, but it was a day that changed my life. I saw my friend’s attitude go from discouraged about all that she was going through and what was about to happen, to encouraged and hopeful. She looked fantastic in her new hair and she knew it. The smile on her face was a smile of hope and courage. It was that experience that has lead me here. I desire to make that kind of difference in women’s lives everyday. I know I am doing exactly what God wants me to do and am honored that he choose me to help women in need. I want to thank Janet for making that call!

Testimonials
I was so glad to find a place close to my home in Cypress that could help me. Sherri, of Crowns of Glory, was very welcoming and truly understood that this was a difficult time in my life. She took her time and made me feel completely comfortable in the process of choosing a wig. Sherri has a tremendous stock of wigs in all styles and colors. We tried many, many styles and Sherri never made me feel rushed. She even ordered some styles in different colors so I could see what they would look like. I have purchased two wigs and have been very pleased with them both. Sherri made the experience informative and even fun and relaxing. Crowns of Glory is a real treasure to have in the Northwest Houston area.

I just want to write a short note to tell you how pleased I was with my visit to Crowns of Glory.
I had a single mastectomy and really had no desire for reconstructive surgery. Your company had just what I needed. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the prosthetic and the amazing amount of choices I had! Not to mention the clothing and wigs you had available.
I would and I will recommend Crowns of Glory to my fellow patients at MD Anderson. One never really thinks that they will ever have to even think about needing these services, so when they are needed, it is wonderful to have such a caring person and business to help us out.
Thank you again,
Bonnie Langston
Crowns of Glory is Sherri Stephens. She made the experience of needing wigs for the second time in 2 years due to cancer an absolute joy with her caring and sensitivity. From the time she opened her door and chose wigs that suited me as well as making me feel sassy and not dowdy. She has a wonderful sense of style and a unique gift of understanding of what one is going through with cancer. God’s gift to her is shown to us in her joy of helping those of us in need. She then took my mother and me to the stylist where My “old” hair was taken care of and my 3 wigs, styled personally to me. I have had just so many compliments on my wigs! I work in a hospital where I will be able to show patients how Sherri and Crowns of Glory can help them through a difficult time. Blessings to you.

Hi, Sherri, this is Sandy Scogins from Arkansas. I just wanted to tell you how much I have really enjoyed my wigs. I have had so many compliments on them. Most specially the red highlighted one. That’s the one my sister and cousin called my fun wig. My husband liked it the best. I wear it the most.
I just want to thank you for all your help and would like to come by next time I am in Houston to say hi. I would still like to have the European wig. I just loved the way it felt, but way out of my price range. lol
My sister, cousin, and I still talk about what a sweet person you are and how comfortable you made us feel. You did a great job. With what you had to work with…lol
Thanks again,
Sandy
